Delivery Policy

We offer shipping to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and are based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

  • Free delivery is available for accessories with a minimum purchase amount of AED 299.
  • For products below AED 299, standard charges of AED 20 per order are applied.
  • Goods are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days by a third-party courier.

Installation Service
Installation will be implemented by our qualified engineer at your home based on your convenient time. Please note that Installation service is applicable only for Sports & Fitness Equipment, and no Installation will be done for items like Brackets/ Pulls up bars / Hooks for Punching bags / Electric Bikes / Cycles.

Returns and Refunds
You can initiate a return & refund request within 7 days from the delivery of the product, provided the product is still in its original packing. After examining the condition of the returned product

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 15 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

However, once installation of Fitness Equipment is done, under any circumstances, it shall not be refunded. In case, manufacturing defect is found on installed Fitness Equipment, it will be either replaced or repaired free of cost.

Once we receive the order returns, the refund payment will be processed within 10-45 working days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
