You can target and work each major lower body muscle group separately with the ramp's fully adjustable angle, which ranges from 0 to 20 degrees of incline. You can also use the handlebars to exercise your upper body for a full-body workout. Static handlebars with built-in pulse sensors are used to track your heart rate. A heart rate chest strap is also included for hands-free pulse monitoring and interactive heart rate programs.

It also has extra-large foot pedals with sturdy foam cushioning for added comfort during workouts. The unusual foot pedals were made with an inward slope of 2 degrees on each pedal. By making this small adjustment, the ankle and knee stress that is typical of other elliptical machines is lessened. A revolutionary foot pedal angle adjustment, not found on any other elliptical at any price, was also a result of this collaboration.

Because not everyone walks the same way, we designed the E95 pedals to be adjustable to fit your gait. The "worm drive" dial, which is used for this adjustment, allows you to precisely set the pedal's angle.
